www.LowellOregon.com Lowell sits on the shores of Dexter Lake, formed between Lookout Point Dam and Dexter Dam. 22 miles southeast of Eugene on Highway 58, Lowell is the only incorporated city in the region, which includes the neighboring towns of Dexter, Fall Creek, Pleasant Hill and Jasper. Look for the famous Lowell covered bridge and proceed over the causeway (with a fantastic view of the lake) approximately one mile to downtown Lowell.
From the intersection of Lowell-Jasper Road and Moss Street, you can take L-J Road to Jasper and Springfield beyond, and from Moss, you can get to Fall Creek and Fall Creek Resevoir and Recreation Area.
